This news release is provided by base2Services on the 04 July 2018

We're pleased to announce that Aaron Walker, Technology Director, base2Services will be presenting twice this month in Berlin to their AWS Community.

The first event will be the Berlin DevOps Meetup, on 12th July, where he will be presenting his talk "CI/CD as Code. The 7 Lessons Learnt from Deploying and Managing 100s of CI Environments".

Having previously presented on this topic at AWS Summit Sydney. Learn from real-world scenarios where CI/CD can be automated to create consistency and repeatability across environments with less reliance on individual team members, confidence in releases and less issues in production.

On the 24th July, Aaron will be presenting to the Berlin AWS User Group Meetup. In this session he will be covering the topic of "You're writing too much CloudFormation - A look at how to create reusable CloudFormation components using CfnDsl and a new open source tool Cfhighlander".

Cfhighlander is a DSL processor that enables composition and orchestration of Amazon CloudFormation templates written using CfnDsl in an abstract way. It tries to tackle the problem of merging multiple templates into a master template in an elegant way, so a higher degree of template reuse can be achieved.
